Lady Gaga announced exciting news to her Monsters on Twitter this Thursday! Lady Gaga will make her big screen debut in the movie “Machete Kills” playing “La Chameleon”. The movie was directed by Robert Rodriguez and will be released in 2013 (release dates above). Check out more below:
On BET’s “106 & Park” show, Gaga made comments regarding her aspiration to score a film:
“I think I’d love to do a film score with Robert Rodriguez. When I saw the movie Machete, and you know the song Americano on the album (Born This Way)? I thought, ‘Why the heck did I not send him this record?’ It would have been perfect. I think he should just make another sequel. ”
In Machete Kills, The U.S. government recruits Machete (Danny Trejo) to battle his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer (Mel Gibson) who looks to launch a weapon into space.
Machete Kills is being directed by Robert Rodriguez and stars Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard, Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen. Machete Kills his way into theaters in 2013. - Geekscape.net
