Lady Gaga was spotted in Chicago wearing a Tiara and a pearl necklace earlier outside of her hotel today, while her car was blasting ‘Nothing On (But The Radio)’, an old unreleased song which apparently has been re-produced and perfected. She was then seen with her make up artist Tara Savelo at Whole Foods. Check out the pictures and a video below:
